These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Ryan Munce Goaltending ("RMG", "we", "us") website, accounts, and programs. By creating an account, registering for a program, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact and player information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

2. Programs & registration

Camp, package, private training, video review, and other program registrations are subject to availability. Program details, schedules, ages, and pricing shown on the site may change. Additional camp-specific waivers or policies may apply at registration.

3. Payments & cancellations

Cancellation and refund policies vary by program — confirm at registration. E-transfer payments must include the registration reference provided. Card payments processed via Stripe are subject to Stripe and RMG posted policies. RMG reserves the right to adjust schedules for safety or facility reasons.

4. Assumption of risk & waiver

Ice hockey and goaltending training involve inherent risks of injury. Participation in RMG programs is at your own risk. Where a waiver is required, you must review and accept it before participating. See our waiver for details.

5. Conduct

Athletes, parents, and guests are expected to treat coaches, staff, and other participants with respect. RMG may refuse or end participation for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior without refund where appropriate.

6. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, training materials, and media provided by RMG remain our property (or that of our licensors). You may not copy, distribute, or reuse them without permission, except for personal use related to your program participation.

7. Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
