I've had the privilege to go very far in my hockey career and I can honestly say that where I'm at right now is by far my favourite. I feel very lucky to teach and inspire kids every day and impact young athletes in a positive way. From teaching young kids how to hold a hockey stick to taking future Hall of Famers to new levels, my students mean everything to me.

A 16-year-old goaltender with the Vaughan Kings, Mikael Kingo is making his biggest impact off the ice, including giving back to other young netminders in his community and getting involved with the Angel Project, a charity that is very close to his heart.
Read more →Ryan back-stopped Team Canada to a Gold Medal, the first ever at that tournament where he pitched a 3-0 shut-out in the gold medal game against Slovakia (Jaroslav Halak) and was named best goalie of the tournament. That Team Canada was the first to ever win the Gold Medal at that tournament which has been memorialized by taking Ryan's stick and hockey socks into the Hockey Hall of Fame.
