About Ryan
Ryan Munce founded Ryan Munce Goaltending in 2010 to deliver full-time, progressive goalie development for athletes at every level. His career began in the GTHL, where he back-stopped his team to championships and earned Player of the Tournament at the Midget provincial championships.
RMG’s methods have been recognized and used by goaltenders in the NHL, AHL, and OHL. Ryan’s approach blends technical mastery, mindset training, and long-term mentorship — the same standards he brings to every private session and camp.
